Back ON topic, I WILL say that any movie whose description reads "An uplifting story about the triumph of the human spirit" will induce narcolepsy in me (along with, more often than not, spontaneous projectile vomiting). Ergo, I have never seen "Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood", "The Notebook", "Steel Magnolias", or pretty much any movie that could be labeled a "chick flick".

My sweetie tries every once in a while to get me to watch one of those (she has a v*****, therefor she LOVES 'em), and I just...can't. I mean, I can FEEL the estrogen level rise in my body, and I'll end up doing something like talk about shoes, or macrame myself a pair of bike shorts, or wear unscuffed construction boots with really tight jean-shorts. *shudder*
