The usual disclaimer: Dating Aztec history is always problematical largely due to ambiguities in the original sources and in the Aztec calendar. If you notice errors or have better information, please let me know.
c 1264 Texcoco founded by Nopaltzin of Tenayucan, son of the Chichimec ruler Xolotl.
His son Tlotzin Pochotl (c. 1263-1298) ruled Texcoco during Nopaltzin's lifetime, on Nopaltzin's death the empire passed to another son:
Quinatzin-Tlaltecatzin ? - 1357. Quinatzin replaced Coatlinchan and Huexotla as the principle city of the Acolhua
