The usual disclaimer: Dating Aztec history is always problematical largely due to ambiguities in the original sources and in the Aztec calendar. If you notice errors or have better information, please let me know.

c 1264 Texcoco founded by Nopaltzin of Tenayucan, son of the Chichimec ruler Xolotl.
His son Tlotzin Pochotl (c. 1263-1298) ruled Texcoco during Nopaltzin's lifetime, on Nopaltzin's death the empire passed to another son:
Quinatzin-Tlaltecatzin ? - 1357. Quinatzin replaced Coatlinchan and Huexotla as the principle city of the Acolhua
    Techotlalatzin 1357 - 1409
    Ixtlilxochitl 1409 - 1418
[between 1418 and 1427 Texcoco was ruled by Tezozomoc and later Maxtla of Atzcapotzalco]
    Nezahualcoyotl 1427 -1472
    Nezahualpilli 1472 - 1515
    Cacama (Cacamatzin) 1516-1519
Cocoza (Cuicuitzea) 1520 installed by Spain
    Coanacoch 1520 fled Cortes
Tecocol (Tecocoltzin) 1520/1 Spanish puppet (mentioned only in Fernando de Alva Ixtlilxochitl's Compendio Histórico del Reino de Texcoco and, I think, in Bernardino de Sahagún's Florentine Codex)
    Ixtlilxochitl II (Fernando) 1521 - 1550
