    I was lucky enough to be in Rome shortly after they made the restored Domus Aurea available for tour (after something like 30 years of its being closed!!) - and it was one of the most extraordinary things I've seen in that wonderful city. Archeology magazine has a guide that will show you much of the wonderful house that Nero built. Enjoy!
