    Soranus is easy, but not very romantic, it means the same as Sorrano, the man from Sora. It's a town between Rome and Avezzano in Italy. Which the Romans conquered a few times in the fourth century AD. Augustus made it a colony. Pretty but not very important. Hope this helps.
