I want to thank everyone who took the time to follow up on my post. I didn't mean to sound bitchy...I certainly don't blame any one individual for the problem and my attitude was mostly out of frustration. I tried the PNG and it works pretty good, not as good as JPEG, but far, far better than GIF. It's nice to know that there are people here who genuinely care and want to help.
