We've all had that happen. Our ideas and such receiving no answer but the sound of crickets chirping away! The crickets and I, we have close relationship at this point LOL

Sank or Aria told me there was a post seeking interest in starting a group here in this thread just.. either during springfest or just after, I forget which. I read it then, but didn't respond as I couldn't think of anything to say. It's true, it's not historical and the site in general does not usually get crazy about non-historical subjects often. It's also not a great interest of mine, hence why I couldn't think of a response.

BUT, this community is a crazy, chaotic close one and we discuss alot of really off the wall topics and enjoy it greatly. Look at Maria's Bad TV group, which is about behind the scenes of a television production company creating historical shows. And the writing is hilarious. I've yet to write there, but I find writing to be really difficult for me, so my lack of participation in that group isn't because I don't think it's an awesome group. There is also a group on Star Wars.

My point being, a little chaos is good. Actually, alot of chaos can be good LOL And from the artistic talent I've seen popping up around the site (thinking of Alerissa's characters, Porciae's avatar, Aya/Shanti's avatars and artwork, etc.) I think you are not the only one interested in Manga or Anime for that matter. If you can find folks interested in getting your group off the ground or populating it, do it! ie; Create it! It's not a particular interest of mine, but if there is anything I can do to help you just ask.
