I love the Guilds idea. I'll be glad to do whatever is needed to get the Healers Guild started! It would make sense though to start with a general title for each one, such as "Healers" or "Warriors" period. The subcategories can form naturally in their own time according to whatever directions the specific interests and knowledge grows. If the subcategories are formed gradually, as needed, instead of being set up from the beginning, there wouldn't be the possible problem of having a lot of empty spots waiting to be filled in. Looking down Mac's list, any or all of the subcategories in each section overlap anyway under the larger more general headings. I suggest applying the K.I.S.S. rule (simplicity!) for starters. One thing we don't need is more jungles of threads to get lost in.
