There are tons of minor gods and goddesses out there, here's a few more to add to the list:

Boreas: God of the north wind, son of Eos
Eurus: God of the east wind, son of Eos
Notus: God of the south wind, son of Eos
Zephyrus: God of the west wind, son of Eos

Eos: Goddess of the dawn. Sister of Helios and Selene, daughter of Titans Hyperion and Theia. She announces her brother's arrival each morning.

Selene: Goddess of the moon. Sister of Helios and Eos, daughter of Titans Hyperion and Theia. Best known for her love affair with Endymion.

    Nyx: Goddess of the night.

Hypnos: God of sleep. Twin brother of Thanatos, god of death and the son of Nyx. He is said to have given Endymion the ability to sleep with his eyes open so he could see Selene.

Morpheus: God of Dreams. He is responible for shaping dreams and those beings that live in dreams. He is the son of Hypnos.

Hemera: Goddess of the day. Daughter of Nyx

Apate: Goddess of Deceit, daughter of Nyx. She was one of the spirits in Pandora's box.

Hekate (Hecate): Sometimes called the goddess of crossroads, also known as a goddess of sorcery.

Here's a couple websites I visit often in regards to mythology

Mythography (Greek, Roman, and Celtic myth and art): http://www.loggia.com/myth/myth.html
