I've read all the past posts on getting silent members to participate. I've been trying some new things and find that quizzes and voting have had the best results. Mind, you the results are far from spectacular, but I have managed to draw some lurkers out of the woodwork. I attribute this to the fact that the member doesn't actually have to write anything the least bit creative. All you have to do is press a button or answer a question. A few will bite on that. I would appreciate any tips others might have for luring the lurkers out. Have you any techniques which have worked well in your groups?
