I would like to announce to you my friends and co-Spartans that an application to the British Library is under process for Sparta's Journal to obtain an ISSN code.

The application is allready under consideration and checking process of all its details by the British Library's Office responcible for the ISSN code.

Thus sortly, and maybe the following Issue will have an ISSN. It means that our Journal is going to be issued in the British Library's cataloge!

Ideas for further development and articles submission rules-regulations in this threat here please.
