    My heritage is Danish and English (transported to the US of A), and I don't know much about the Vikings either. Actually, I don't know anybody who does know a lot about them. That is why the period was called "the dark ages" after all. But continued discovery seems to be driving back the dark. Nothing could be more fascinating.
