Publius Fabius looked out over Thessalonika at the assembly of men and machines: five legions, two cohorts of archers and a multitude of horses and every warship his province could muster was arrayed in front of his eyes.
The X Doria, IV Gemina and II Sycthia were all embarked to leave along with one of the auxiliary legions ready to leave once the consul had arrived with his council. he had not yet informed the praetor as to who he was taking with him to Asia but Fabius was certain he would make the right decisions.
Once these forces had arrived in the rebel province and combined with the forces under Sevilius Casca, Ilium will not know what hit them and the Roman Empire would be made whole again... of that he was certain
