We need to enjoy the magic in our feelings.

Be it intuition about a situation or an unsought sign or sound. We should perhaps listen more to our instincts. Why don't we? I'm thinking because of centuries of civilized conditioning.

Consider the varied sounds we (as humans) make to express happiness, sadness, pleasure, pain, anger, ecstasy. Not words but sounds uttered from our deepest core. And I'm betting most are universally understood.

Now take a slow deep breath expand those ribs. Hold to the count of 10. (No not out loud!) Exhale to the count of 10. You can try this out loud if you want :).

Hands in lap, palms up. Arms and body comfortable and relaxed. Begin the controlled breathing making it audible. Vocalize. Now repeat with eyes closed until you feel energized.

**Actually you should probably be at home or sitting on a log when you try this. :) Better to fall off a log than out of chair at work.
