…as I look at this person, who dared say what most think.

"How dare you..." my voice rumbles, and the sky responds to my rising anger. "You know nothing about me or the things of which I go through. I have done more for you mortals than any of the Sidhe put together..."

As my thoughts devolve into incoherent rage, I see the clouds gathering and thrashing in the sky. I feel the lightenings gather in the sky, begging to be released.

And I decide to give them a target.

Focusing on this impertinent man, I send the lightenings right into his smiling and mocking face.

At least, that was my intent. But they got diverted at the last moment into the staff he was holding. It must be made of oak. He still gets thrown off his feet, and propelled 60 paces or so away from the force of the lightening.

I cause to grow behind him, where he will land, many sharp, spiny, and hard rocks, guaranteed to kill him when he lands on them.

But suddenly, I see pillows behind him, where he would impact, and that cushions the blow this despicable person would have had.

Oh, my anger chokes my throat, and I turn my attention to those who are sprawled in various places near me. I see another man, also dressed as a Druid, look at me. I let the hate and anger focus on this person. This worm who DARED cheat me out of the death that was mine.

For a second, I see him cringe, but his courage comes back and he is defying me again.
