    Her armor conveys perfectly the corruption, and violence, which would most likely take over Galadriel if she were to possess the ring. She always was a little power-hungry, so the ring would emphasize that.

    Those who haven't read the books wouldn't realize all of these points everyone has made. But those of us who have know better! :-)
