What exquisite embroidery! I am in complete and total awe of what artisians though history were able to accomplish without all of today's modern tools & conveniences!

I have always loved this Jade Mountain at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. The MIA has a quite extensive Oriental collection, including complete rooms of beautiful furniture. (Sorry, I can't remember where and when it's from, & I couldn't find it easily on their website!)

If anyone is in Minneapolis & has some time, this free museum has some great pieces, and is a wonder to explore!
