    Thanks for the info on the Hogmanay schedule Flidias. I was wondering about the times, etc., as I'm getting together in RL with a dear old friend and won't be home until around midnight AW time, at which point my other half ~ who just happens to be a tall, dark handsome man (in my eyes anyway *g*) of Scots and Irish descent ~ will be the first to cross our threshold.

    This means that our branch of Clan MacRoth will not be able to join the earlier celebrations at The Stag & Hound, but we will make an appearance before the bells ring...just in time to make a lot of noise calling in the New Year and toasting everyone's health, after which we'll start making our First Footer rounds laiden with good luck gifts for family and friends.
