Dr. Harrison Thorne approaches the Hotel Cairo’s front desk. The archaeologist places his two suitcases down then rings the sterling silver bell for service. He looks about the lobby which is crowded with the well to do, then looks down at his old suit and grins. As Harrison turns he catches his first glimpse of Kadira. She is a stunningly exotic beauty. He fidgets and stumbles knocking the bell from her desk.

“Excuse me.” He fumbles about on the floor grabbing for the bell. “I am unaccustomed to this sort of extravaga...”

As Harrison rises he stops and stares at Kadira’s naked mid-secton. She reaches down to help the obviously nervous guest.

“Sorry.” Harrison smiles at Kadira as he straightens. “I guess I have been in the field far too long!” After a slight pause Harrison hands Kadira the bell and follows her back to the desk.

“A standard room please. Nothing fancy.” He smiles. “I am here on business. I am to meet someone from the American Exploration Society. Do you know if they have arrived?”
