He may find it hard to hold any public office having been removed from office and convicted of violating a direct court order. These laws are the basis on which he was sworn to uphold. The idea of disallowing public education would be in direct conflict with federal law which has precedent over this problem. It is called the Supremacy clause, or so it is called in my Politics class at Purdue. The idea that they would stop public education as explained earlier would be in conflict with the stare decisis rulings previously held.
