I have it and I don’t think it very earthshaking. It seems to me to more of a plea for archaeological research in Central Asia. In truth, I’m not certain that there is much to learn there about the 4th century BCE. I’m certain there are other things to be learned, but as to Alexander, I think not much. It was interesting that they found a 5th century ceramic. I wonder if a hundred year old pot could have been carried into Central Asia by Alexander’s armies. Perhaps it was already there.
