The Seneca Iroquois National Museum is located n the Allegany Seneca Indian Reservation, in the town of Salamanca, right off of Route 17 in western New York State.
The permanent exhibit features a reconstructed longhouse, genuine artifacts from before European contact, information on games and gaming, and on the construction of society. There is a small gift shop. There are a couple very pricey books on Native medicinals. There are workshops on making a variety of Native American tools and other items.
Photography not permitted. The museum is Native owned and operated.
