As one of the elders of Ancient Sites, the Vines, of Ancient Worlds, as a FOUNDING MEMBER of this site and a millennium patron, as one of the few around here who even remembers the Pathfinder site, I would think that I would be awarded the office in perpetuity due to mere auctoritas.

Dude, get a grip! (I was an 'elder' of AS in two different paid up personas, so big whoop). The typical route to assuming office here at RR is to post interesting stuff and stimulate good, on topic debate rather than posturing and demanding.
