Colors...
Don't you just love them? I'm sure that everyone has felt a particular feeling when it comes to one color. You either love it or hate it.
What kind of mood are you going for? A cool breeze or a hot firey warmth? You can achieve this with color. Just remember that everything is about balance (Yin/Yang) so if you overdo one color, it will distort what you were trying to achieve.
Here are some tips for you regarding color:
| Red |
- Represents fire so is a "hot" color and therefore stimulating
- symbolises strength, vigour, happiness, warmth, good luck and sexuality
- overcomes sadness and depression
- too overpowering to use in bedrooms as it's too stimulating
- Often used in Chinese decorations as it's considered auspicious
- Don't use red in kid's bedrooms. Tends to make them hyper!
- Paint your front door or letterbox red. It will tell people where you are.

| Pink |
- Pink is cooler than red and has less "impact"
- Represents relationships, love & romance, etc...
