The setting sun cast a golden tone accross the skys, and enlightened the path of clouds Tien Hou was following. At the sight of the oncomming dusk, she finally decided it was time to stop for a rest by a cloud bank.

Follow the yellow brick road! She sang in her mind.

After traveling for almost three days, she was nearly at the boarder of China and Mongolia. Remembering the Lantern quest, she felt for the object wrapped silk cloth in the folds of her gown. Luckily it was still there, undisturbed by the swift pace she had been flying. Only when she positively made sure that the item was safe did she allow herself to relax.

Looking at the direction of the solar disk, she waved to the now singular sun and his mother Xi He as they headed west in their horse-dragon drawn carriage. Eventually the pair moved out of sight, and Lady Ji Nu started to spread her stars accross the night sky, followed by Chang-Er and her pet bunny rising with the moon.

How wonderous the sky looks tonight She thought.

But her thoughts were soon interupted when Chang-Er asked, "Lady Cloud Dancer, Lady Ji Nu and I were planning on having a girl's night, would you care to join us?"

"I thank you for the invitation, Lady, but I'm not sure. I am on my way to Mongolia and..."

"Oh please! It'll be fun! You can play with bunny, and we've invited nearly half of the ladies in the heavens!" Pleaded the moon goddess, holding up her pet. "Besides, you need to be well rested for the journey, why not stay on the moon with me for the night?"

"All right then," Tien Hou acceded. "The night is long, I'm sure it won't hurt to have fun for a bit."

With that and Chang-er's yay's in the background, Tien Hou floated to the moon. This was going to be one heck of an interesting night.
