In terms of what? Roman understanding of atheism might be different than what you are looking for. Those who denied the existence of the Gods in favor of montheism were thought to be atheists. Someone like Paul of Antioch, however, was not so thought because he was regarded as a Jew. Some Greek philosophers were thought in that way. Cicero makes some comment on in De Natura Deorum; I'll see if I can look that up for you. For Roman atheists, Lucretius would be your best example.
