Salve Maximi Flaci
Maximus gratias tibi ago. The piece I wrote at SVR on sacrifices in the Religio Romana was intended more for modern practitioners. So it is not what you could call an historical piece. I have learned a good deal since then and would revise parts of it now. Presently I am working on a general guide to Roman ritual, parts of which are being posted to the forum for the Collegium Religionis SVR. There will be considerably more details as I go along. I am still very new here. Is there a place in this City for extensive posts of the nature I am known to have written? Mine can be a bit lenghty and would not fit in most fora.
If anyone has a question I would be glad to help out, as I am always researching anyway on such things as minute details to ritu Romanorum. And while I am here, has anyone information on the Rosalia? A military rite for the standards, and perhaps for fallen comrads as well, that is performed at the end of this month.
