I'm more than a little alarmed by this. The group Tahuantinsuyu was created to discuss the Inca Empire, in its entirety - including up until its demise. With that date cut-off that group is no longer able to do so. I'm quite at a loss as to what to do now. In effect, this limits the groups for Maya, Aztec and Native American discussion too.
Please understand I'm still trying to wrap my mind around this new news - but I have to ask, what about those family names that refer to personages that lived after that date cut-off? Won't that give new members the impression that MP (or the Americas) covers more than it actually does?
