"Your soul is a house for your spiritual body. You are more than a physical being, you are physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, a human creation. You are not a robot computer, or are you?"

Yes, I am a robot computer. I am a purely physical being. But this needn't be thought of as a negative, or as a limited thing. The universe isn't a living organism, it's a mechanical thing. But it's still a beautiful thing.

Spirituality exists, but it comes from us, not some external source. Those chemical and electrical signals that travel inbetween the cells of our body - the most complex machine or computer that we know - are what gives us our soul. This is difficult to comprehend. To imagine such complexity arising solely out of this physical collection of 'stuff' isn't easy. But just because it's difficult, or it's not common sense, doesn't mean it isn't true.

I'm sorry if I'm banging on about this, and sounding like the resident atheist here, but life doesn't have a meaning in the grand scheme of things. And why should it? It's complex, it's messy, it's flawed - and that's all there is. Your soul isn't waiting to inhabit your body when you're born. It's an inbuilt, pre-existing thing which is shaped by your genetics and your experiences.
