I didn't mean to make anyone feel this is a 'mea culpa' session! It's just a reminder that - although RL makes us all miss time and we've all got lives - a festival like Springfest, or the roll-outs for the new neighborhoods, will need the kind of powerful working together we've all seen before. And you are all needed!

No one needs to step down unless they feel themselves, uncomfortable with the situation. But everyone's input is needed!

If nothing else, we need to commit to seeking our own cities for talent and for newcomers who want to be involved in helping prepare Springfest projects, or implementing them. So don't leave - rather, pull in a few more warm bodies!
