I have to say, I played the game myself for months without ever learning this one needed tip: Not every screen has only 3 avenues to take..ie; most screens where you hold your mouse either say 'turn left' go straight' or 'turn right'. But in key areas, (er, no not KEY areas, just oh nevermind) if you hold your mouse and move it over the screen you will see a few slightly different commands on the bottom, give all of these a try and you may find something in areas that you thought you were already down.

Oh, and I think I hold the record for stcs ripped off of me playing, at least 2500!
