Overall, Ancient Worlds is a great site. I hope the rest of the quirks are easy enough to iron out. Although I am not much of a game player and I have little to no idea what I am doing in the game, I have been having fun. I got lost a few times and my browser made me spend 500 sestiis too much, but in the process I have gathered 3 scrolls, and two keys. I found some notes under the steps, They looked like some of the scrolls that I would be searching for, but I couldn't take them. They gave those cryptic clues in Roman Numerals, which, like a simple Barbarian, I completely ignored as irrelevant. I think I was still trying to find the big temple on the hill that they show you in the window view. I think I might have already been to it, but all the temples look the same to me from ground level. When I saved this game, I think he was standing up on a dead-end balcony, with nowhere to go but back down whence he came. Overall, it's pretty realistic, my guy from Germania is just walking around, getting ripped off, trying to break into places and take stuff without much of a clue, except there aren't any Roman Soldiers trying to kill me while I do it.
