My name is Menerva. I am called after the Etrusco-Italic goddess of wisdom, knowledge, healing, craft, life and death. My goddess lives in the heavens where she wields the lightnings of Tin (Lat. Iuppiter), whereas she wields the spear on earth.I belong to the family of the Iulii, the Caesars and I am quite proud of that.I have come to Athens to pay praise and homage to its protective deity, Athena, the powerful Maiden, the protector of wisdom, knowledge, heling, craft, life and death....In doing so, I wandered the Agora and found The Great Stoa, this interesting place of wisdom, knowledge and information. It's nice and cool here and wine is never far!I hope to give and get a lot here and will strive to help the Stoa to stay firm on its foundations!
