I didn't know he had a new book out. I read (and loved!) How The Irish Saved Civilization. I'm actually reading Desire of the Everlasting Hills right now, and while its ok, its not quite as good as te first book was. Its too bad, I was really hoping that his "hinges" would all be little known but important aspects of history (I love learning about these! If anyone knows any good books on such things, please let me know! They are my passion :), like I found the Irish book to be, but the two following it have been discussions on Christianity instead and much more general in their focus. He's a really good author, however.
