i was just looking for some clarification as i saw an awful lot of "neighbourhood" proposals that either changed the city name or the city page layout...or both.

as for my ideas regarding the city page...i'm not inclined to just go off on my own and then plop something out there like *i* know it all.

a more effective scenario would be to first discuss it amongst the most active members of the city what kinds of modifications they feel would be the most beneficial...and once a concensus is reached have someone prepare a well-developed, comprehensive presentation of the proposal.

if someone wants to confirm that this would be a legitimate effort -- i.e. if the resulting proposal will actually be taken seriously as opposed to a only given a polite but vague "thank you" -- then let's get a team together.

but, if it's not going to be accepted as anything more than a token effort then there's no sense in *any* of us wasting time on it.
