There are some great ideas here (even though I STILL feel that the energies of the great and good here would be more usefully employed in energising some of the existing areas in Germania).

My only other comment would be to keep the final model as straightforward as possible to begin with. After all, it can always be built upon and added to, from a sound, basic structure.
