I bow, though still uncertainly, to the wise words of my Lord Thiu who, though bowed by his many years, palsied, scanty haired and yellow fanged, doth yet bear the wisdom of his ancestors in the dark glint of his rheumy eyes. Truly hath he considered and pondered all petitions deeply in the dark hours of the night and right truly hath he judged!
