this is not really a myth but i can not see where else i could post this question...

Has anyone any inforamtion on Spartan warriors being banished or cast out from the city? Did this sort of thing happen and if so is there any examples that can be given as I would be interested to know.

Being that Honour and duty were by words of Spartan tradition and a way of life I would think that many if it happened would end their lives!!
