I'm putting on an exhibition about roman spectacles in Edinburgh next January. As part of the experience, we'd like to serve the kind of food that was eaten at gladitorial and chariot events. Does anyone have any information about this, or know of any resources where I can find it out? (Any other good sites or books with decent images would also be appreciated) Thanks very much.
