It's certainly been too long and all that.
I remember becoming a member of AS, it was just a little site back then. (compared to what it became). I also remember gradually fading out. Not posting anymore, not even signing in anymore after a while.
So a few weeks ago I thought to check out AS once again, See what had survived and what hadn't. I was told in no uncertain terms by my browser that the site itsself obviously hadn't survived.
I couldn't quite reconcile myself to this view and started searching the web. It brought me to Ancientsites Alliance, which in its turn brought me here. This is the first post I make and I hope that I will be 'accepted' back into the history-loving fold.
Are there actually any people left who remember me? Apart from the lovely Cornellia of course.

I hope to see more of this site in the near future!
