I have always been interested in things Roman, I do not remember a time when I was not. I am an artist and I am now painting two views of the Coliseum from the Via Sacra. I love Roman Pines above all other trees and have just painted Pines on the Appian way for an exhibition. I went to Rome abut 10 years ago and filled sketchbooks but did not get to the Palatine Hill and hope to go sometime next year. Living near Bath I visit the Roman Baths frequently to pick up vibes.

I went to the spiritualist association of Great Britain many years ago out of curiosity, it was a group sitting and when the psychic was telling everybody their who their spirit guides were I thought I mustnt laugh if she says I have a red indian,or a chinaman but was knocked sideways when she said mine was a Roman judge which was very unusual, he was very grave and that if I put a foot wrong he would be down on me like a ton of bricks...she was certainly right about that!

I love the idea of this site and am delighted to be involved.
