The last time we did an AW Convention (1999), several people called the hotel, reserved a room, and did not, somehow, make it clear what group they were with, so to be sure, here's the list of attendees (with one exception, who wants to surprise everyone) we have so far. At least one person who told me they'd reserved is not on the hotel list, so in hopes that no one will be disappointed, check it out!

Also, please register with the hotel if you plan to attend but haven't gotten around to it yet - as soon as possible. I do believe we'll end up with the quota number of rooms to get our special rate, but since so many attendees are sharing - whose names are NOT on this list, since these are the people reserving the rooms - that limits the actual number of rooms involved. And I'd hate to see things crash at the last moment because we don't have enough rooms taken!
