After resting his weary legs and replenishing his strength with a horn full of mead and a plate of goat meat and bread, Adam decided to leave the merryment for the younger Germanians,
He had much studying of the runestones to complete of this week and frivolity would not help his mind one bit.
Adam gets up to leave.
