Did you know, that Greeks used to bless sacred places and shrines by pouring honey on them?? And honey was valuable, think about collecting it by those techniques!

I found an interesting reciepe for honey, however:

    Rosemary Honey:

    1 measure honey

    3/4 measure fresh rosemary leaves

Place honey in the top of a double boiler with water in the bottom. Pound the rosemary leaves to release their flavour, and add to the honey. Bring the water to boil, heating honey to 80 C for 10 minutes. Let stand for another ten minutes and strain while warm. Store in glass jars.

::: Okay, I posted this onto Mt.Olympus group, but without the rosemary honey reciepe... I felt it belonged here!! ;) :::
