my suggestion though, would be to put it under the academia category. the festivals board is more for hosting actual events and less for academic discussion. nin this category i envision it structured much like the mt. olympus thread where the festivals are introduces "academically" (historical info, proper behaviour and protocols, , how to participateetc.) and then the public can "participate" by posting in the appropriate manner (as described in the intro to the festival).
