I am thinking not of a role playing group but an actual thread that focuses on the seasonal festivals both religious and daily practices of ancient Greece (or in the least linking up to Mt. Olympus group). My own spiritual links to Dieties are solid perhaps others are interested in not just "acting" as their avatars but wishing to learn more about the "Old ways" of Greece as close to the original as possible. I'm speaking of reconstructionism of course, but academic ideas have never lacked in the group I am in which takes the Hellenic religion as serious as it gets! While know what they actually did in ancient times is near next to impossible there is a strong following dedicated to "reconstructing" as much of the greco religion as possible. There are many books (good & bad) as well as websites (hellenion.org) which make being followers/interested parties/spiritual minded in the Hellenic religion a reality and serious.
Just my thoughts on the matter.
