I'll give it a whirl and see what I come up with *s* I'm inclined to agree with you on some aspects of Terragen - they seem under-developed and restrictive. The way the program handles colour for instance - other aspects seem great fun.

I've ordered Bryce 5 which should arrive soon (I had great difficulty locating it in Sydney and so had to resort to Amazon) - needless to say, I'm rather impatient to get my hands on it ;)
