- Xia (2205-1800 BC.) (legendary)
- Sang (1766-1028 BC.)
- Zhou (1028-221 BC.)
- Qin (221-206 BC.)
- Han (206 BC- 220 AD)
- era of the three dynasties (anachistic era): Wei, Shu-Hai&Wu
- Wu (yes, the same as in the era of the three dynasties)
- Jin
- Liu-Song
- Qi
- Liang
- Chen
- Northern Wei
- Sui (501-617 AD)
- Tang (618-907 AD)
- Zhou (683-705) (only one ruler, Wu Zetian, the only independent Chinese Empress. When she died, Tang-dynasty came back)
- time of 5 dynasties: (907-960 AD)Younger Liang, -"-Tang, -"- Jin, -"- Han, -"- Zhou, Wu, Wu Yue & Shu
- Song (960-1279 AD)
- Yuan (1279-1368 AD)
- Ming (1368-1644 AD)
- Qing (1644-1912 AD)
~Aisingiro Pu Yi was the last emperor of Imperial China. He was crowned in the age of 3 years. Revolution threw him from the power in 1912.
