...at least, the exterior.

Added a bit of detail (lamp stand, weeds, etc), put graffiti on plaster to make it more legible, added a bit more graffiti. Plastered the interior walls a bit more to lighten things up. (May tweak that over time) Adjusted the lighting and atmosphere to cut down on ambient light and make lighting more dependent on sunlight. I think this highlights the textures better.
