    I think this is true for pretty much everyone. One's own "clock" does not necessarily correspond with the mechanical clock.

    And, frankly, this can be annoying...as I could be hungry for lunch at 11:00 and not be allowed to have lunch until noon--my employer sets the clock, and my own rhythms are secondary.
