    The manners we present
    must always be proper.
         The matters we defend
         must be appropriate.
              The clothes we wear
must always be the latest style.

    While most of the wars,
    we contend, were justified
         And the numbers portrayed
         were just percent.
               Not men, but simply
               calculated figures

    No war could be just
    from sheer loss of potential
         outweighing the trivialities defended,
         for the contributions lost
              are always price-less.

    The figures calculated
    were just a percent,
        not men, but only numbers
        long forgotten.
